'Forever is Now'- Outdoor Art Exhibition at the Giza Pyramids

“Forever Is Now III” is the third edition of an annual exhibition held at the site of the Giza Pyramids, and we went to visit it on Saturday. "The event aims to celebrate ancient Egyptian culture through contemporary creativity."

It was nicely organized. The pyramid complex is actually quite large, and there is a road leading away from the pyramids, and all the way round to the Pyramids Lounge, which is a site where you can have a meal overlooking the three pyramids. The exhibition was on this road, with 14 structures from artists that have a connection to ancient Egyptian culture.

It was a great morning, and each of the pieces was immeasurably improved by standing in the Egyptian desert with the Pyramids as a backdrop.
